Description
Part-time, Direct Hire opportunity! Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm. Position will entail making outgoing calls and answering incoming, to expose business listings for sale and converting business owner leads into seller contacts. Schedule appointments and office visits for Brokers and Clients, manage/populate Customer Relationship Management program and Google Calendar, and assist with bulk mailings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, and enjoy the challenge of working in a sales position. Offering paid holidays (6), $16.50/hr. to start and two commission structures based on sales goals.

Description
Join our client's team with this Sales Representative opportunity. Don't enjoy being behind a desk? This position gets you out visiting clients, helping them to learn how our client's company is able to help them. Read on if you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. This direct hire position offers competitive salary with commission, plus benefits.

In this position you will travel the beautiful state of Maine in the company vehicle to visit current and potential clients. A few nights a month required in Westbrook and Presque Isle to visit satellite locations to build sales.

Essential responsibilities:
-Commitment to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and in teams.
-Marketing & Sales: Network at events, establish relationships, and promote the company. Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiate deals; identify and generate leads
-Develop customer relationships and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Be positive, motivated, and eager to connect and educate.
-Learn and understand services, processes, and green products. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
-Track activities in CRM, maintain records, and generate reports.
Requirements
Work/Education Experience:
-Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proven experience in sales or related field, Account management experience is a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
-Good computer proficiency (MS Office-Word and Excel)
-High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
-Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
-Valid Maine license with a clean driving record.

Typical schedule: Mon-Fri. days; occasional evening and weekend to network at marketing events. This opportunity has great potential with salary and commission! Email your resume today to be considered.
