Cleaning/Restoration Tech in Hampden, ME
Description
Bangor Area Staffing is seeking Cleaning/Restoration Tech candidates for our client, a local restoration cleaning company. Help businesses and homes come back to life after fire, water damage, etc. Great day shift! The schedule is typically Monday thru Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, yet our client provides 24/7, 365 day emergency service so employees may have occasional on call work as well. Our client also offers health insurance once evaluation requirements are met!

The ideal candidate will have cleaning, restoration, or construction experience, yet our client is willing to train to service commercial and residential mitigation jobs such as fire, mold, water/sewage losses, post construction cleaning, etc. Duties include cleaning, pack-out, taking inventory, etc.
Requirements
Familiarity with mitigation procedures is preferred but not necessary. Reliable transportation and valid/clean license are required, as you will meet at the shop each day and drive a company vehicle to the job sites.

This Contract to Permanent position has a starting pay of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Inventory Clerk in Bangor, ME
Description
BASS is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our client's manufacturing team. This role requires strong teamwork skills and a keen eye for accuracy to ensure parts are received, tracked, and kitted efficiently to support production. This is a Full-time, Direct-hire opportunity with a great schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Summer early-out on Fridays available and possible options for a 4-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:
-Place received goods into inventory and maintain inventory control in the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
-Read and interpret Work Orders, SOPs, and other internal documentation.
-Pick and prepare Customer Service orders, spare parts, and ancillary kits.
-Complete Shortage Reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
-Assist with physical stock counts following cycle counting procedures.
-Create and issue production kits.
-Occasionally help cover shipping/receiving duties
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
-Prior inventory or stores experience is a plus.
-Forklift experience; forklift certification preferred
-Experience with MRP systems and other software is an asset.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Team player with excellent communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize workflow and follow safety procedures.

Landscape/General Construction - Summer Laborer in Holden, ME
Description
BASS is seeking Landscape/General Construction laborers for our client based in Holden; this is not a lawn mowing position! You will be helping our client during their busy summer season. This position's schedule is typically Monday-Friday starting at 6:30am and going until done (weather and job dependent). Pay based on experience, $17-25 per hour.

You will be helping with all manner of landscape and hardscape duties. This may include removing debris and repairing lawn damage, installing/maintaining patios, walkways, fences, flowerbeds, drainage, and more!
Requirements
-Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.
-Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record to operate company vehicles.
-Good communication skills.
-Have strong attention to detail and be able to work with a team or independently.
-Be able to work well following instructions.

Description
The BASS Team is seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our client's team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, assisting in fabricating materials and assembling those with electronic components to build their products in a collaborative environment. This is a Full-time, Direct-hire opportunity with a great schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. Summer early-out on Fridays available and possible options for a 4-day work week.

Responsibilities:
-Fabricate and assemble parts to produce high-quality electronics products
-Perform assembly tasks, including soldering and use of hand tools
-Read and interpret data from measuring instruments, blue prints
-Learn various aspects of production operations
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Experience with hand tools and ability to read blueprints preferred, or willingness to learn
-Wants to learn! Quick learner with flexibility to cross-train and work in different production areas
-Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
-Capability to lift and move materials within the facility (up to 30 to 50 lbs)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
